Match report Park won the toss and elected to field on a hot and humid day at Gallow Corner. A fine opening spell from Chouhan and Ali, backed up by Kulasena meant that Wickford found runs difficult to come by. Park's patience and dicipline were finally rewarded with the introduction of Sammons (3-42). Bowling with good pace and control he removed the opening pair. Stace and Rouse then batted beautifully to put on 100+ for the 4th wicket, assisted by some helpful fielding. Zabwala making his 2nd team debut bowled a fine spell finishing with 3-52. Wickford finally closed on 204-8 which was dissapointing baring in mind their position of 70 odd for 3 at the 30 over mark. Confident of chasing the total down, Park's openers did'nt get out of the pavillion as the heavens opened and washed the game out.
