Match report Russ Collard and luke Baker put on 169 for the first wicket off 35 overs before Luke fell for 58 bowled by Dharadia. Russ went on to complete his hundred in 88 balls with 16 4's and 2 6's, before falling for 122 off 97 balls. Useful contributions from Chris Collier 19 and james Redwood 30 not out saw Park to an imposing 257-4.
Not imposing enough as Finchley rapidly set about the chase. Parks young side competed well in the field and took their hosts to the penultimate over. Tight spells from James Evans and Richard Wall kept Park alive but fine batting from Robin Hodges 128 not out and South African Wes Morrick struck a fine 47 from only 36 balls to see Finchley home with an over and 8 wickets to spare. Well done to all who showed great heart in never giving up and making a good side fight to the end.
