Match report A game in which it could be said Park didn't play particularly well, but still managed to come out on top. Paul Winmill was the pick of the bowling with his 3-50. But the figures don't reflect how well Jason Toogood & also on debut Nick Ison bowled. Both on more fortunate days could have ended up with 3 wickets a piece.

Brentwood did well to score 181 on a slow lifeless pitch, which was due in the main from a good knock form P.Morgan & some lusty blows from Trevor Coote at the end.

The Park reply was started solidly through Keith & Jason, both were frustrated out in the end & it was really only Matt Burch who came terms with the pitch & from one end the bowling of Brentwood youngster Tim Barbone, 7-59. Matt was to record his 1st century for the club. It was mainly due to his efforts that Park secured victory.
