Match report Parks discipline both in the bowling and fielding department were rewarded with a deserved last game victory to send Shenfield down.
Asked to bat first on a slow wicket , Parks determination not to allow Shenfield to get away saw them create the pressure needed to bowl out an opposition that had no answers.
Davey and Collard both claimed wickets early on and Berry chipped in with 4 steady overs.
Churchill and Hussain then made their way through the Shenfield order. Churchill rewarded with 4-19 and Hussain claiming 2-33 in a spell of 29 overs made the enevitable obvious to Shenfield. Collard claiming the last wicket to end Shenfields innings at 119.
Hussain and Ahmed started positively and were soon amassing the necessary runs. Ahmed fell for 18 and Churchill for 10 but HUssain never faltered and along with Redwood 8 not out led with the detemination needed to help see Park to the victory scoring a fine 81 not out including 11 fours to secure victory.
