Match report Another excellent win for Gidea Park.
Benfleet won the toss and batted first. On an excellent wicket, Benfleet got off to an excellent start, going at around five an over for the first 15-20 overs. The introduction of spin by Churchill and Wall dragged the run rate back as the Benfleet batsman struggled with the pace taken off the ball. Wickets began to fall regularly and Benfleet were dimissed in the 52nd over for an under par 206.
Parks run chase was again built on stron performances from all the top order batsmen. Patel again the pick with an excellent 69. Park chased down the total with 7 overs to spare for the loss of only three wickets.
