Leigh run rate to around three and over for most of the innings. If it were not for the five dropped catches, Park would have dismissed Leigh for much less the their eventual 208 for 7.
Park began their chase steadily but despite most of the top order getting in, no-one went on to make major contribution. At the start of the last twenty overs, Park required 120 to win with 8 wickets remaining. The run rate remained at 6 an over for the whole twenty over until the last over when park required 5 to win, 6 wickets down. Thomas was dismissed on the fourth ball of the over with three runs still required. Brant came to the wicket and despite missing his first ball, hit the last ball of the game for four to secure victory.
