Match report Brentwood won the toss and decided to bat first

GPR removed both openers early but Brentwood recovered well with Will Davy (32) and P Jacques batting well; the latter reaching an excellent unbeaten half century off the last ball of the 30th over. James Wiltshere (25) added further impetus to help Brentwood reach 149-5. GPR bowled well but were not helped by bowling too many wides and the boys fielding still needs to be tighter.

In reply, GPR lost four quick wickets to leave them 20-4. Sam Little (39) and Charlie Schrier (25) went about re building the innings but when both fell, the GPR innings petered out, leaving them disappointingly short at 96 all out.
