Match report After a great effort by the team to get the pitch suitable for play after a couple of rain filled days, Hughes won the toss and elected to have a bowl on a fairly green track.

Brentwood started conservatively due to good bowling from the openers Carver and Thompson. Jutla and Neal bowled accurately and made it difficult for the Brentwood players to get going until a late blitz from Horswill and Emmanuel, along with some sloppy work from Park got the visitors to 230 off of their 52 overs.

Park knew the task would be difficult as they knew they wouldn't get as many overs back. Openers Hughes and Henry got off well, Henry especially hitting a couple of big sixes to give Park a chance of chasing the score. Donnelly came in and got a good start but got out,trying to force the pace for the team. With a chance of inprobable victory, Park sent in Jutla to try to keep the momentum going. But Brentwood bowled well in the middle overs and made it difficult for Park to score by taking the pace off the ball on a slow track, Park only getting back 37 overs and having to settle for the draw.
