Having won the toss Park soon made in roads in to Wansteads line up. Leigh Davey made the initial break through removing Walters for 0 in the 2nd over.Montgomery soon joined in the fun to produce what was his best spell of bowling this season claiming 4-33.He put his success down to his newlt acquired diamond ear piece which dazzled in the June sun.Losing wickets a regular intervals Wanstead never showed any real desire and Davey and Montgomery reduced them to 34-4. Richard Whatling claimed the next wickets to leave Wanstead failing at 53-6.Mel Hussain claimed another victim before Monty and Leigh finished them off for 93.
Park lostBarry Hyam early and Andy Churchill soon went to leave Park at 27-2. Hussain and Davey then added 46 before Davey was out for 39.Park lost another 3 wickets before Hussain 29 not out and Richard Whatling 2 no saw them home for their second successive victory.
