WOODFORD WELLS v Gidea Park & Romford Cricket Club Saturday 1st XI on Sat 13 Jun 2009 at 11.30AM
Gidea Park & Romford Cricket Club Lost by 5 wickets

Match report Another disappointing result. Russ Collard and Hasibul Hoq put on 87 for the first wicket when Collard was dismissed by Ellison for 35. Hoq 28 Goswami 21 were the only contributors after that. Park losing there next 9 wickets for less than a hundred. Bowled out again within their over limitations for 176.

Park started brightly enough taking a wicket with the first ball. Another 2 wickets fell cheaply and Park sniffed a chance. That chance was soon expelled by some fine patient batting from Rogers 70 and Sims 63 in a match winning stand of 104.
Wells cruised home with 5 wickets to spare and plenty of time.
