Match report A good win for GPRCC U15s in this Cox and Kings group match makes it two wins out of two with two more group games to play at the end of Jun and early July.

Park won the Toss and batted first and were given an excellent start with Sam Bragg looking comfortable in his new role as opener with the now experirenced Matt Tarr. Sam hit a quick 16 and Matt Tarr a brutal 55 (he was to make a second 50 for the Sunday 2's later in the day). Ravi Ranjani is excelling in the number 3 postion this year and hit a fine 38. The innings was brought to a close with some refreshingly orthodox batting from Edward Gavigan (14 no) and some aggressive batting from skipper Jack Kliber who it 30 runs from about 10 balls!!!!

Parks fielding performance started with a fine opening spell from Mark D'cruz (4 overs for 11)and Craig Dixon (3 overs for 11)which gave Park early control of the match and allowed skipper Jack Kliber to give some of the less experienced boys a bowl. Jack skippered very well with some shrewd field placings and a personal performance that included a catch and two stumpings one of which was so quick his mother entered it down as bowled in the scorebook!!!

After the opening bowlers restricted the runs flow Edward Givigan bowled two devestating overs in which he took 2 wickets for 14 runs. The less experienced bowlers Harry Emsden and Kishan Menon showed what can happen by bowling straight and both got a wicket apiece. Hamir Gadvi bolwed very well also, keeping the ball well pitched up and profitting by two excellent stumpings from Jack Kliber.
