Match report Park were put into bat on a slow damp pitch but started well with openers Matt Tarr and Danny Coombe batting fairly freely. Once these boys got out things slowed a little and when Ravi Rajani tried to get things moving a bit he was run out by Jack Kliber. Jack did well to put this disapointment out of the way and aided by debutant Luke Caruana really got the fireworks going. Both boys scored freely and new skipper Kliber ended the innings with a fine 6.

Loughtons reply never really got going due intilally tight bowling from Mark D'cruz and Edward Gavigan. This was followed by some excellent bowling from San Bragg and Mathew Peacock. The realy start however was Ravi Rajani who was dealdly accurate bowling great line and length to end up with four victims 3 of which were cleaned up.

Its good to start the season with a good cup win. Well done boys!!
