Gidea Park & Romford Cricket Club Lost Lost by 39 runs

Match report Park managed to bowl South Woodford out for a modest 156 on a difficult pitch. This total included 31 byes after wicket-keeper Steve Brant broke a finger early in proceedings. Ramesh Gunalan, Waheed Khan and Alan Croft each took three wickets apiece. This low total was never going to be easy to reach and excellent spin bowling by Browne and Faizal on a very helpful pitch dismissed Park for a lowly 117. The only bright spot in the visitors innings was a gutsy 34 from Phil Goldstone
