Match report Park were put in to bat on a slow and green wicket. Despite this they got off to a flying start with Bassett and D'cruz putting on 50 for the first wicket(extras also put in a good early performance).D'cruz and dennis were out in close succession but an intellegeny knock by Russell Pedrick ensured that Bassett and Sammons got plenty of the strike. Bassett was eventually out for 34 which included some fine boundaries. Sammons was out for a quickfire 22. Pedrick remained unbeaten at the end on 12. 36 extras saw Park post a formidable 130-5 off their 20 overs.

Barkings reply never really got going against some tight park bowling. All Parks bowlers were economical and there was a distinct improvement in the extras bowled. Well done lads, a good start to our Cox and Kings Cup campaign.
