Match report A promising start from a strong park side came to nothing as rain intervened after 30 overs of this local derby. The match was well poised with Upminster on 85 for 4 when the rain came at 14:35. Therefter, no play was possible which was a disappointing end for everyone and especially Park who would have been confident of chasing down almost any score given the depth nin the batting line up.
In the overs that were played, tight bowling from Gordon and Winmill put the pressure on, and Z. Gohar benefitted from that in picking up two wickets.
