Match report On a splendid sunny afternoon and on a cracking batting pitch Leigh took first innings and had a bright start before Mueez quereshi made the initial breakthrough shortly followed by chand chouhan bowling opener liston for 20. Three more wickets fell to Abid alaracu and Faizan Rana as the home team took to spin in the heat, but a 6th wicket stand between leigh skipper Sexton (76) and wicketkeeper Bradley (56) added 85 and took the score to a final declaration of 220 for 7, probably below par for the conditions. Quereshi finished with 3 for 39 and Rana 2 for 32 with Alarau and chouhan taking the other wickets. In reply Park 's openers Sunil Mistry (63) and Abid alaracu (32) added 80 very quickly. Veteran left armer Johyn Elliott settled into a long and steady spell but with James Patient in fine touch (75 not out) Park were always in touch and he duly hit the winning boundary with an over to spare as Park won by 5 wickets. Elliot finished with 3 for 49.
