Match report By far Park's worst performance of the season. After winning the toss & asking West Essex to bat. The Park bowling apart from Paul Winmill(3-62) wasn't consistent enough to apply pressure to the West Essex batting. To many four balls were bowled and at times Park's fielding was lackluster.

West Essex took full advantage of this and built a sizable total thanks to the efforts of captain Nazir & number four bat Khan. Gurjit Jutla grabbed four tail end wickets in his much better second spell.

When Park set off in reply they lost wickets at regular intervals. Mainly due to poor shot selection. The first five wickets to fall all went to opening bowler Jan. A slight recovery was made by Saghir Khan & skipper Patient. This lasted until Saghir holed out to long on. After this Park lost Ahuja & James Pegram in quick succession. Leaving Patient & Gurjit Jutla to hold on for the draw.
