Gidea Park & Romford Cricket Club

Good Evening All,
                                       I hope that you are all missing the cricket as much as I am. The good news is that the winter nets are due to start on Wednesday 13th January. The under 9's and 11's will train from 6-7pm  and the under 13's and 16's from 7-8pm. The under 19's will train at the adult nets.
They will be held at Royal Liberty School like last year. Phil Ayers our Head Coach will be organising a coaching plan to get all of our colts ready for next season,which will be with us before we know it.
It is a really important part of your colts development to attend winter nets. The training groups are substantially smaller than the Friday nights throughout the summer and this time can be used to gain new skills and techniques. The nets are £5.00 per session, which doesn't even cover our cost. They are subsidised by the club as investment in our colts are paramount for the future. 
Also, If you have not received the email already there is a Christmas social at the club on 11th December from 7pm and everyone is welcome.I look forward to seeing as many of you as can make either of these events. Finally, I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
