A full house of wins on Saturday!!

Last Saturday 6th July the club completed a clean sweep of results for the first time in over two seasons, all sides winning their respective matches on an afternoon of fine weather made for batting. The 1st XI demolished Old Southendian and Southchurch by 10 wickets at Gallows having bowled them out for just 106. The 2nds fielded for 65 overs (having lost the toss!) but won by 6 wickets in 30 overs at Basildon. The 3rds chased Chelmsford's 200 all out at Gallows and won by 5 wickets. The 4ths with a depleted team chased at South Woodford and won by 6 wickets. And the 5ths opposition in the Friendly Division, Old Brentwoods, scratched and accordingly the match was awarded to the 5ths. Well done and well played to all the players and captains who played!
