Good afternoon all

Firstly, our apologies to those that turned up for the AGM on 2nd December which unfortunately, was not quorate and had to be postponed.

We have taken the views of the members and believe that an evening would be preferrable and therefore, the meeting is rescheduled for Tuesday 18th December. The meeting will proceed irerespective of numbers, though we really hope to get as many of you there as possible to ensure that a quorum is achieved.

Please arrive from 7:45 so we can start promptly at 8pm. The agenda is unchanged.
