Gidea Park & Romford Cricket Club

Very sad news that our Hon Scorer John Collins passed away on Thursday 16th June. We send our deepest sympathies to JCs widow Sue and to the family on their loss. JC was one of club cricket's great characters, very well known and highly regarded on the club circuit, and a long time friend and colleague at Gidea Park, and he will be much missed by everyone associated with the club! We will post an in memoriam of his career shortly. The funeral is at Hainault Crematorium, Forest Road, Hainault IG6 3HP on Friday 24th June at 3.45pm and we hope that club members who new him can attend to celebrate his life.
