Payment of Adult Annual Subscription

As you may know the club needs cash flow to pay its early season league subscriptions, insurance, rent, rates etc. As such Annual subs are required to be paid by 1st May 2017. If you struggle to meet this deadline you must talk to Tim Phillips to arrange a payment plan. A payment plan will be considered subject to the individual circumstance.

You will not be available for selection until this fee is paid and/or a Direct Debit payment plan is agreed with the Treasurer Tim Phillips.

Payment of Match Fees

Match Fees will be paid via the Slate App which can be downloaded following this link:

For Android on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ralph.slate

For iOS on Apple iTunes: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/slateapp/id1103301760

Further video instructions on how to use Slate can be found here: https://slateapp.co.uk/

Tim will download details of all members playing adult cricket onto the Slate platform whereupon an e-mail will be sent to the address each member has registered with the club. The e-mail will contain links & instructions on how to set-up login & bank account details to facilitate quick & easy payments to the club from each member.

Failure to pay a match fee will mean you are not available for selection until the match fee is paid.

Outstanding Subs & Match Fees From 2016

The committee are disappointed that there are still subs and match fees due from last year. Those that owe know who you are but if you are unsure of specific amounts owed, please approach Tim as necessary.

You need to make payment or agree a payment plan with Tim by 1st May otherwise you will not be available for selection. Payment plans will be agreed subject to your individual circumstance and agreement by the Chairman.

Why the changes and why so strict on payments? Simple, the club cannot run without funds, prior to the season starting the club has various overheads to pay. We need subscriptions to pay these. Also, across the course of the year we have overheads to pay such as tea money, umpires, scorers, equipment etc etc

If there are any issues on the above please discuss with Tim Phillips. If anyone is struggling either through non employment of financial circumstances, please talk to the Chairman or Tim.

Here's to an enjoyable 2017 season.

Regards

Luke Baker - Chairman

Tim Phillips - Treasurer
