Match report In a rather one sided affair Park stormed to victory against THe Players Club from Richmond.The players were club with a weakened side due to a family bereavment made a great effort in fulfilling the fixture and made a reasonable start against Waheed Khan and Jason Toogood but the introduction of "off spin" from Russ Collard was to end all resistance. Collard in an 8 over spell was to decimate the batting with craft and guile to claim career best figure of 7-21 of 8 overs.Waheed Khan was then bought back and claimed the necessary two wickets to see Park to an early tea finishing with 2 for 16.
In reply Hiscock was to fall for 4 before Chris Webber and Luke Baker put on a solid partnership before Webber was run out attempting a sharp single.With the storm passed Luke moved swiftly to a fine 53 not with a reverse sweep for 4 and to see Park home to a fine 8 wicket victory.
