Match report Park won the toss and elected to bat first in this 40 over game. Thomas departed early, caught behind for just 2. Goldstone came in and added 101 for the 2nd wicket with Collier who looked in ominous form, smashing the ball to all parts of the ground. Goldstone then fell, caught for 31. Collier continued to bludgeon the Dartfordians bowling, making his way to a classy 110 not out (14 x 4, 1 x 6) before rain prematurely ended Park's innings with 5 overs left still to bat.

Dartfordians were set 180 to win from 35 overs.

Opening bowler Sammons, bowling with lively pace claimed 2 wickets in his 2nd over, sending opener Patel's off stump cart-wheeling out of the ground. Jenner bowling from the other end, with dramatic outswing, missed bat and stumps countless times, until claiming 2 wickets without conceeding a run, to finish with incredible figures of 5 overs - 5 maidens - 2 wickets for 0. Wallace and Roberts were then brought into the attack and duelly rapped up the Dartfordians innings; Wallace 2-6 & Roberts 3 - 16. Another convincing win for the Sunday 2nd xi who await mor challenging matches in the future.
