Match report Park won very easily agianst a young Fives team who were a player short. fives batted first on a good pitch at Oakfield and accumulated runs slowly against a first spell of the season from Waleed Wain and regular opener Gurjit Jutla. The former struck first clean bowling the opener but the score reached 55 before Rajesh Kanojia took the second wicket. A third wicket stand of 25 advanced the score but by then Kanojia was in a great rhythym and he claimed five of the next six wickets to fall by the vitrtue of bowling straight and to his field finishing with the well deservived figures of 12 overs 3 maidens 7 wickets for 34 runs, a season's best. Nelson Lopes picked up the other wicket in a good display in the field by the team. Park's openers Arasu Balasobramanian and Ian Greenwood were quickly into their stride and took no time in ensuring Park had a comprehensive win, the former scoring 64 not out and the latter 43 not out.
