Gidea Park secured victory with a 36 run victory.

On a difficult wicket where runs were hard to come by and with a slow outfield a score of 140 was always going to be a tough ask. Park stuttered along with no batsman ever looking like they were in. Australian Matthew Gregory scoring a patient 19 and Andy Churchill with a class above everyone else with a match winning knock of 30. Luke Baker 13 not out, Tauseef 12, James Evans 12 all made useful contributions .Moin the main wicket taker for Harold Wood finishing with 3-18.

Harold Wood were soon under huge pressure as Park reduced their hosts to 12-4 both Ejaz and Waheed picking up wickets early along with a run out. Park's fielding showed through as runs were hard to come by. The pressure was unrelenting and wickets came with the necessary patience. Matthew Gregory picking up 2-25 wickets , Andy Churchill 2-27 and Russ Colard wrapping up the innings with 2-11 to secure a victory.
