Match report
Park were put in by Manor, they got off to a fine start thank's to James Redwood & Stewart Weatherill. They put on 108 before Weatherill was caught for 22. Redwood was in fine form, he was 2nd out for 108 with the score on 182. He played some fine shots all round the wicket, which included 16 boundaries. James Evans scored a patient 60 not out in somewhat less fluent fashion. Jeff Thomas was the unlucky Park batsman unluckly bowled for 7, while at the end on the Park innings Aussie teacher Adam Bruckshaw crashed 28 not out in a little under 15 minutes. This allowed Park skipper Patient to declare at 4.25 with a score of 245 on the board.
Park came out after tea & Assie seamer Scott Wallace soon removed one Manor opener. While the other Manor opener Bagga played a fine innings. He lost parnter's at regular intervals as off-spinner Alan Croft (5-66) & leg-spinner Darren Batch (3-42) workede there way through the Manor batting lineup.
Bagga eventually being dismiised for 71, Manor managed to bat out for the draw thank's to skipper Ron Mathias and seamer Les Edwards.
