Match report Poor Park toiled in the field on this hot sunday afternoon. Pick of the bowlers was Adam Locke but it was hard work for all the bolwers who stuck to their task but we still had to chase 242 to win.

And we nearly did it!! Fine performances by Matt Tarr(33) and Adam Locke(40) and a great century by Ronnie "rocket" Montgomery put us there or there abouts. Park tried hard to win the game but lost out narrowly to some good accurate bowling from Chigwell.

An excellent Sunday 3's game. Thanks to all those who have helped me throughout the year often giving up their own game for the benefit of developing these fine young players. I will ot be captaining the Sunday 3's next year but I would hope my successor continues to put the development of the youngsters high on the list of their priorities.
