Park won the toss & decided to bat on a usual Gallows shirt front. But found themselves in trouble at 7 for 3 & then 12 for 4. But a brilliant stand between Stewart Weatherill & Adam Bruckshaw dug Park out of a hole. Weatherill scoring 74 & Bruckshaw 81. Toogood & Patient then saw Park to 200, Patient scoring 18 in 9 balls!

Park then came out opening up with a veteran spinner Dave Osborne, 3-26. Park slowly worked there way through the Athletic batting line up, but were unable to take the last 2 wickets.
Adam Bruckshaw's hat makes him look like a "keen gardener"!!!
