Match report A hard fought draw a reflection on both sides committment.
Donovan Miller striking early remving both Parmenter and Ecclestone before Ford 51 and Staines 64 added 111 for the 3rd wicket.Park showed control with their bowling whilst Saffron's batsmen showed fine application in building a challenging total. Joe Holland 26, Mordini 51 and Neil Gladwin were the main contributors to a score of 245-8. Donovan Miller returning the best figures of 3-49 whilst Ejaz Khan 2-45 was finally rewarded for a fine spell into a strong breeze, and spinners Ali Aslam 2-66 and Liam Ferns 1-48.
Parks top order struggled at one point 71-6 with only Haris Afridi 26 getting going but some late resolute batting from Chowdhury 55, James Evans 31 and Ejaz Khan 22 not out help park to a hard fought draw finishing on 170-9
