Match report Gidea Park travelled to Hutton for the last of the time format matches. The home side won the toss and elected to bat.

Hutton got off to a rapid start thanks to a combo of poor bowling and attacking stroke play from Hutton skipper Crapnell. Fretwell pick of the seamers grabbing 2-31. The game changed dramatically after the introduction of spin. Overseas Damle grabbing another 5 wickets finishing with 5-43 thanks to some good close catching and collard leaning up the tail with 2 quick wickets. Hutton eventually dismissed for 191 in the 42nd over largely thanks to 96 from the fore mentioned Crapnell.

Parks reply got off to a poor start. Bowlers Patterson and Mowll ripped through the top order with the assistance the on-field officials. At 29-6 the game was slipping away but Parks lower order dug deep. A few more wickets meant skipper Collier and No. 10 Fretwell seeing out the remaining overs with the score finishing 137-8. Collier 52no and Fretwell 20no sharing a 73 run partnership.

Park remain unbeaten in 6 games and host table toppers Horndon next week as the format reverts back to limited overs.
