Match report Park travelled to Stanford this week for the 4th league game of the season. Winning the toss Park put Stanford in to bat on a dry looking wicket.

The seam quartet of Hewitt, Filmalter, Thakkar and Pegram restricted the openers and despite some big shots runs were hard to come by. Leggy Mckie bowled with skill picking up 1-25 from his 10ov. Some lusty late hitting from the Stanford lower order see them post 195-8 at the close of their innings.

Parks reply started in the worst possible way with Thakkar being bowled by a shooter 2nd ball. Wickets continued to tumble until Hewitt & Francis got together. Finishing with 80no and 40no respectively Park cruised home with few scares to win by 6 wickets!

Park taking 20 points and look forward to hosting Leigh next week.
