Andy Churchill's ton again takes charge as Park stroll to victory in all 4 elevens.
Park romped to another victory with a fine victory over bottom placed Hadleigh.Having been put into bat Park made earrly in roads taking the first two wickets on 32. Ben Montgomery and Andy Clarke produced a fine opening spell.Montgomery removing Deasi for 21. Leigh Davey came on and removed Pavelling with his first over. The game was then dominated by Indian test player Dav Ghandi producing a classy 119 being the mainstay of the innings being the ninth out fianally bowled by Davey with the score at 240.With a run out and an LBW for Collard trapping Corps first ball the lunchtime score of 140-4 looked to have favoured the opposition and a big score on a flat wicket was looking on.Mel Hussian and Andy Churchill bowled really well after lunch and the pressure started to tell. Davey replaced Winnie and immediately got the much needed wicket of Quershi caught on the cover boundary by Alan Croft. After that Hussains patience was rewarded with the first of his 3 wickets. Gandhi was fianlly bowled for 119 by Davey in his quest for quick runs at the end of the innings. Hussain wrapped things up with 2 wickets both bowled.
Park lost Leigh Davey in the first over for 4 , played on .Mel and Winnie added 101 for the second wicket as Park began to dominate the game. Mel was caught for 49 and Andy Clarke weighed in with a rapid 44 in a partnership of 61 consisting of 10 4's to up the tempo. Carke was finally caught behind. Meanwhile Winnie was well on his way to a successive ton, finally getting there in an innings of absolute class.Andy's ton consisting of 18 4's and a 6 was at times majestic and a pleasure to watch.In a partnership of 67 with Collard the total got smaller and smaller as Park closed in on victory. Collard was caught at slip for 31 and it was left to Richard Whatling to see the side home for a 6 wicket victory.
