GPRCC won the toss and elected to bowl first. With a good start (Hutton being at one stage two for two) again to the bowling K Smith 4-19 and O Boothby 2-21 Hutton struggled to find their feet early on , however S Feeley (73) with the aid of C Payne (34) and S Hammond (27 n.o) moved their total through to 178-9 at the end of 52 overs.

All started well for Park but the loss of key wickets at key times meant that the only real contribution came from R Coombe scoring 44. However bad a batting performace given by Park credit must be given to Huttons bowlers with S Feeley again being the pick of the bunch with figures of 4-4 of 7.1 overs
