Match report Skipper Kliber won the toss and put Wanstead in. Wanstead started brightly going for singles right from the start but then ended up with a run-out after a sharp throw by Sam Bragg and some smart work behind the stumps from Jack Kiliber. Mark D'cruz was getting the ball to move about in overcast blustery conditions and clean bowled the next three Wanstead batsman. Marks opening bowling attack partner James Salisbury was unlucky not to take wickets and finished with excellent opening figures of 6-1-11-0. Mark finished with 8-2-16-3 wickets. The first change pairing of Sam Bragg and Stepeh Gallagher continued the good work and although wicket less they kept the pressure up. The Wanstead opener did well to take the score up to 70 odd but got frustrated with trying to keep the strike and ended up hitting across a straight one to give Eddie Gavigon a well deserved wicket. Walheed Wain bowled two tidy overs but Ryan Lugg ran through the Wanstead tail with some great spin bowling to end up with 6.3-0-24-4.

Park knocked off the runs in just 14overs with some brutal batting from Ryan Lugg who was denied a well deserved fifty. Matt Tarr continues to impress at this level and hit a faultless 26 not out to see Park home. Walheed came in at the end and looked comfortable to finish on 9 not out including a nice boundary to finish the game/

A great victory lads well done, throughly deserved and clinically executed. Tough game against Woodford Wells next MONDAY. Wanstead made their excuses and left very quickly after the game.
