This is to inform you that a special general meeting of Gidea Park & Romford CC will take place at the Pavilion, Gallows Corner Sports Ground on Sunday 25 February. Please arrive by 12.45 for the meeting to commence at 1pm sharp.
The meeting agenda and 2018 nominations board will be sent out in advance of the meeting. Any other proposals can be submitted to the club secretary at warren.radden@gmail.com at least 14 days before the meeting.
